For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you. — Psalm 86:5 (ESV)

She and her husband Barry are the proud parents of three grown sons (Jeremy, Jeff, and Todd). They enjoy traveling and spending time with their two Yorkshire Terriers, Madison Love Jacqueline (Maddie) and Abigail Faith Leone (Abbie). I believe there is one God Who is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient and Who created order (the earth and all living creatures) out of chaos. God is the Alpha and the Omega. As Revelations 1:8 states, “’I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending,’ saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”
I am one of God’s creations who was given life to serve His purpose. Because He loved me so much, He gave His only Son and my Lord, Jesus Christ, to walk this earth and perform miracles and provide a perfect example for me and all other followers. Jesus died a horrible death in my place so that my sins could be forgiven. All I had to do was to recognize Him as the Son of the living God, profess my sins and unworthiness, and ask for forgiveness.
Because of Christ’s resurrection from death, all believers are assured there is a perfect life of peace, love, and rewards after this one. As a believer in God the Almighty, I do believe that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord. We may have more questions and no answers at times, but we have to have faith that all good things will happen and all purposes will occur in God’s time – not our own. And it always does.
Ecclesiastes tells us we all have a purpose and a season. God provides us with spiritual gifts and talents to share with others and to better this world. We’re not supposed to hoard our resources, skills, and talents – we are to use them for the benefit of others.
My theology and beliefs are summarized in the Apostle’s Creed. And I believe the ONLY way to Heaven is through Jesus Christ, the son of God, and my Lord.
